In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a Game or sportsbook transaction, vip99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the Member's Account. Sportsbook bets are accepted on the understanding that the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are correct. In cases of obvious pricing errors, vip99 reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds. Settlement of sportsbook bets follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Live in-play bets may be accepted subject to a brief processing delay to guard against result-based wagering.

Nothing in these Terms limits vip99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your vip99 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited on Account closure.
vip99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if: the Member breaches these Terms; fraudulent or abusive conduct is detected; regulatory requirements mandate Account restriction; or the Member fails to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or these Terms, you should contact vip99 support in the first instance. vip99 will endeavour to resolve all Member disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted via the support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution authority designated by the international gaming authority under whose licence vip99 operates. The decision of the designated dispute resolution authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip99 holds its gaming licence. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved by alternative dispute resolution.
vip99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vip99 will provide Members with at least 7 days' notice via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
